What is unique about Quillin Family Medicine?
Dr. Quillin knows each and every member of her practice! How is this possible? Quillin Family Medicine is 1/10th the size of a standard family medical practice! Her patients have 30 to 60 minute office visits, same day appointments, and secure messaging access to her, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What's the benefit of joining Dr. Quillin's medical practice?
Dr. Quillin will be able to give you her TIME. "I promise that I will be available for an office appointment the same day you call, or the next business day if medically needed. I will return your messages, personally. I will keep my practice SMALL, so I can feasibly and reasonably accomodate my patients' needs. Simply stated, I will treat others the way I'd want to be treated!"

What's your contact information?
Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm you can reach the office at 541.342.4660. If you are a current patient of Qfm, you can message Dr. Quillin outside of business hours securely via the "Portal Login tab" on the website. Medical emergencies must be handled at your closest Emergency Department. After hours voicemails will go to Dr Quillin directly.

Is your practice open?
We are currently at capacity, but will put interested potential patients on our waiting list, should an opportunity arise.

What happens if I miss an appointment?
We would appreciate it if you could call us at least 1 hour prior to missing an appointment. That way we can plan to be available for any urgent needs our other patients may have during that time. Qfm will assess a $50 "no show" fee if we don't receive prior notification of a missed appointment.

What if I don't have insurance?
Since direct payment saves us the extra work and delay of submitting an insurance claim, at this time we are pleased to offer a 50% discount for patients paying their office charges at the time of their visit.

Does my insurance cover office visits?
Absolutely. Of course, it is your responsibility to pay your co pay and deductible as per your contract with your insurance company.

What about seeing specialists or getting labs done if I don't have insurance or I have changed to catastrophic coverage?
There are many constraints to this due to rules set by third party payers. I am able to discount office visits here at Qfm, but do not have any financial connections to the labs or radiology or specialty clinics.

What if my insurance plan isn't on your list?
First, we will submit a claim to any patient's insurance company. Even if Dr. Quillin is not a participating provider, or if she's counted as an "out of network" provider, plans will often cover a significant percentage of her bill. We suggest that all patients check with their benefits representative. Second, we will always welcome patients who agree with our focus on personal attention, service, and reliability, and who are willing to pay for their office visits directly. Qfm's fees will be reasonable and competitive with other offices. We are happy to work with you to ensure maximal reimbursement. As a policy, we refuse to compromise your care to fit insurance guidelines. We will, however, do our utmost to get you reimbursed for the services provided.
